Fees

Conference fees include the costs of mobile workshops and most meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday, reception food on Thursday evening, and brunch on Sunday for those attending the AGM). Payment is accepted in either Canadian or US dollars because they are fluctuating close to par. We accept cash, cheques, Visa or Mastercard.

Membership discount: A $10 discount on Planners Network membership fees will be offered to those taking out new memberships, or renewing existing memberships at the time of registration.

Special needs

Every effort will be made to ensure that the conference will be accessible to all participants. Presently, the evening events and Saturday's panels are accessible, and some of Friday's mobile workshops will be (depending on accessibility requirements).

Cancellation policy

Cancellations after June 15th, 2008 will only recieve a 50% refund.
